Sandra T. Turner is a managing partner and senior portfolio manager with Atlantis Asset Mangement, with over 25 years expereience in portfolio mangement. Previously with Melhado, Flynn & Associates as a Vice President and a member of the Investment Policy Committee, Ms. Turner specializes in portfolio management and tactical asset allocation for high net worth individuals. Ms. Turner began her career at RCM Capital Management in 1984, and for the next decade was a portfolio manager for high-net-worth individuals at Chase Private Banking. Her philosophy of rebalancing portfolios during market cycles and investing in high quality growth stocks has positioned her as one of the top performing managers in the firm. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Ms. Turner is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
